This project transforms an existing faculty building at the Technical University of Eindhoven, Netherlands, into a vibrant student housing complex, incorporating retail, a restaurant, and a bar. Developed in collaboration with Volker Wessel and Round Hill Capital, the proposal was selected as one of three finalists in a public tender by TU Eindhoven, emphasizing adaptive reuse, modern student living, and integrated community spaces.
