This project envisions an upscale mixed-use development in Valmitão, Lourinhã, Portugal, combining a sleek aparthotel with 15 apartments (5 T1, 4 T2, 4 T3, and 2 T4) and a gated condominium of 19 elegant T3 villas. Designed with modern sophistication, the aparthotel features a rooftop bar and restaurant, gym, and spa, while the villas offer refined residential living. Developed on our own initiative, the project was informed by feasibility studies in collaboration with an operational sales partner, blending luxury, functionality, and lifestyle in a cohesive setting.
